The Housing Center is designed to provide timely information about home ownership in the Dane County area through community workshops about the home buying process. We believe that lack of information about the home buying process can prove to be very costly and that education is key to success as a homeowner.

The Housing Center has been and continues its success due to the public/private partnerships developed and maintained with professionals in the housing, real estate and finance industries. Since 2000, the center has graduated over 2,500 students from the First Time Homebuyer Course.
