DCHA - A High Performer!

Every year HUD does an assessment of the S8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for housing authorities around the country. There are 10-15 indicators the housing authories are scored on. Housing Authorities receiving a score of 90 or better are given a High Performance Rating. We received our 2006 score in May of this year and were quite pleased to be rated as a high performer. We received 125 out of 135 points giving us an overall rating of 93!
